The Big Assembly is thrilled to announce that this year’s host will be Channel 4 Marketing Executive, Taf Muchenje.

As a former apprentice, Taf embodies what the Big Assembly is all about: Championing apprenticeships and helping young people achieve their dream careers.

This year, the event will be held at the spectacular JCB World Headquarters. JCB is one of the world’s top manufacturers of construction equipment, employing around 14,000 people across four continents. Key to their HR strategy is apprenticeships ranging from Level 2 to Level 6.

Everyone can register to watch this year’s event by going to the website: www.bigassembly.org

The Big Assembly is a 100% free broadcast, shown to over 140,000 across the UK. It’s the place to be to learn all about apprenticeships from a variety of different perspectives, including former and current apprentices, employers of apprentices, parents, education providers, and much more.

The event is designed to break down myths and misconceptions about apprenticeships and show how they provide a clear path for rewarding career opportunities. The Big Assembly is for everyone: students considering their next steps to mid-career professionals looking to upskill, transition into new roles, and grow in their careers.

Taf stated: ”As a former apprentice it’s such an honour to now be hosting this event!

”I’m so excited, to discuss, learn, and get the most out of our panel during National Apprenticeship Week 2024”
